I tried therahair.com hoping it would be worth the higher price, but i felt let down. When a product costs that much, I expect the company to really stand behind it and be clear about why it’s priced that way.

The product itself was fine, but nothing about it felt special or noticeably better than cheaper options I’ve used before. In some cases, I’ve had similar or even better results from products that cost a lot less.

For the price, I think they need to be more accountable to customers and deliver something that actually feels premium or performs better. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they either improve the product or adjust the pricing.

I did feel like my scalp was a bit cleaner after using this. But I also noticed some itching afterward, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as gentle as I was hoping it would be

I ordered from Therahair, and overall it was okay. The site just felt a little slow on my phone, which made browsing and adding things to my cart a bit more annoying than it needed to be.

Checkout did work in the end, but I had to go back once because my cart didn’t update right away. The payment confirmation came through quickly though, so that part was just fine.
It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely hope the website feels a little easier to use next time.

I’ve ordered plenty of stuff online before, and I get that boxes can take a few bumps in transit, but this was worse than usual. The package showed up crushed and half open, and the inside packaging looked dirty and bent like it had been tossed around long before it got to me. It made a bad first impression, i wouldn’t order again.

The fit was way tighter than I expected, and after about an hour it started getting really itchy. I reached out hoping to get a quicker response about it, but I’m still waiting longer than I’d like.

The treatment itself is fine, but trying to fit it into my week feels like its own mini drama. I’ll be busy, forget about it, then remember at the worst possible time and suddenly the setup feels like this huge production. It’s not bad at all, just harder to keep up with than I expected.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, and the shipping is just way too slow!!! It feels like it’s taking forever!!!
